When did paper timetables fpr buses and trains become obsolete ? It's bloody annoying. And for that matter, bus timetables at the stop only show the departing time, not the full timetable. No doubt because people complained about not being able to read the 24 hour clock.

But their human rights.
 
They additives all had long strange names back then. No "E" numbers like today. Kids that we were back then, at the end of the day we took all the defected pops to the skips for waste. Then the pop fights started all of us going home drenched in sticky artificial flavouring.
Not on Thursday though. Payday saw me at fifteen going into one of the pubs on Old Chester Road on way home. Start of the slippery slope!
The good stuff could dye your urine, highly amusing when you're a ten year old.
