Your wife tries to telephone OVO SSE for our very ill mother in law 1130 am till 5_45pm before they answered - then today early am they telephoned via a computer to get feedback - as an oldie you slam the telephone down after swearing at the computer message ...,. 
Two years so far of retirement - lost two of my best mates as they died - gutted you get the Victor Meldrew feeling - of I don't believe it
