Tired. But not out. Just like Everton's attempt on Europe

If Moyes wants to rebalance the squad thats up to him, but as Rodwell's his golden boy amongst others, I expect that he'll resist with his dying grasp Jack's departure.

It'll be fringe players really as mentioned above with those three names, maybe Yak if they recoup 90% or more of the original fee.

Hmmmm .

L.C.A.B. - Over , and Out .

Bedtime .

Hate to say it but can see Rodwell leaving. And can only see united as his destination. No idea where they'd get the cash from but it could happen. Perhaps some sort of down payment with huge extras.

Im a little more interested in LCAB's mention of a big fish and who that may be? Names like Van Der Vaart came into my head.

I agree. What fish would people want that would make saying goodbye to these guys acceptable?

Rodwell is potential, thats all.
He hasnt been a starter for Everton. He isnt one of the first names on the team sheet and he has made some decent sub games. If he was worth this amazing '20M' then wouldnt Moyes have seen this and started him in every game? A 20M player at Everton and he cant get a start?? Am I missing something here? If Rodwell believes the hype about him then he must be pretty pissed off he cant get a game? So why would he want to stay?

He shows some brilliant potential, but potential can also go the other way 'see Jeffers'
If someone is crazy enough to offer us big money so Moyes can go out there and find another Cahill, Fellaini or Arteta I say take the money and run.
We wouldnt have a choice anyway.

O.K. ; To my PERSONAL chagrin ; JAGS WAS ON THE LIST .

THESE are in no way certain, AS I EXPLAINED , but , having slept on it , I'm glad that the Club realise just how fukn close we really are . Thus , IN ORDER TO REACH THE NEXT LEVEL , they EXPLORE ALL POSSIBILITIES .

Remember , this was an , out - for an - in , thing , ...ostensibly , IN ORDER TO PROGRESS .

Don't be going scatty over this , people , just surprised me y'day is all .

Leader , CHILL !!!

Everything will be O.K.
Stand on ya' Uncle L.C.A.B.

L.C.A.B. - Out .

And what fish of that already-established size would come to a team which is probably not in Europe next season (or, with a lot of luck, in the Europa League)?

Who the fuk , knows , Att' ???

I've got a Source , I'm not a mind reader .

Dunno . We shall see .

Who says we're not in Europe , btw ???

He's been injured most of the time he hasn't been playing

Don't know, lcab, I thought I said probably. (Five points behind the neighbours with four games left and their run-in, or waiting on a fairly spectacular implosion from Villa, I think that's a fair comment.)

Wasn't a question to you or anyone else, was just thinking aloud about the fishy possibilities of someone big wanting to come to us rather than choosing any other option and taking into account our current prospects (not to mention our wage scale compared to other clubs). So makes me feel better about the prospects of us getting rid of anyone big.

I was surprised that Jags was the other name, I was almost going to write Pienaar in that post above.
