I see its been a week now, and Carrie Symonds still hasn't appeared in public. One would have thought someone - anyone - in the Press would have mentioned this.

You asked for an example of greater Tory incompetence and were provided with one. He must have known at the time that that money was undeliverable but what the hell lets tell that lie anyway........ on national T.V., or what about placing a shipping contract with a firm that has no ships......... you really couldn't make it up its just one whopper following the next.
I wonder what the press would have made of these points had Corbyn been caught lying or doing a Grayling.

The only thing the CONservative party can deliver is record levels of ineptitude they just are not up to the job.
 
Isn't it great to see Hunt and Johnson queuing up to say which has the better rescue plan for a No Deal Brexit scenario. Comparing it to either the second world war or the financial crisis of 2008 making provisions for grand bailouts and safety nets. Be interesting to learn from Brexiteers why such planning is necessary given a No Deal is supposedly a great outcome...

So a Tory chancellor tells the world that the spending claims of the two Tory leadership candidates are complete "pie in the sky" and there's nothing like the cash available to deliver on them.....and the media at large pretty much ignore this as a minor detail.

The world has gone mad!

Too busy having a go at Corbyn et al, mulling over nationalising bt which has a lower capitalisation than some of bj's tax cuts.
