I voted Lib Dem in 2010 and was betrayed, every other election I've voted Labour.

I won't vote for either Labour or Conservatives under these two leaders, and I'll never vote Lib Dem as a party ever again.

I’m not sure it’s even a case of individual policies, new hospitals, more police etc etc, it was a sensible bigger picture for me. Get crime down, get connectivity including transport up, develop the country outside of London, develop the jobs and build the houses on brownfield sites. It’s a simple concept but it will actually work if followed through...but all done through an approach to grow business and trade, no mention of any tax rises. It was positive, energetic and forward looking. Corbyn and McDonnell by comparison look like archaic remnants from a bad time gone by......

Well I thought he gave a really good speech. Looking at the faces, there was no miserable Hammond or grumpy Gauke, everyone seemed very happy. You lot would have been made up if Corbyn could do half as well......

Why?

Mostly because of the First Past The Post system. Their manifestos aren't worth the paper they're written on - they are for hire to whatever party offers them the most.

So I'm never voting for their manifesto - I'm basically voting to give them permission to prop up someone elses manifesto.

That's worse than not voting at all in my eyes. I would never have voted for Cameron in 2010, but I ended up pretty much doing so thanks to Clegg.

....another amazing claim that the Conservative Party is the part of the NHS. It’s not austerity, it’s ideology to have a small public sector.

I know from 41 years in the Civil Service how the service provision dips under Tory governments. It’s not rocket science, if you spend less on public services, they suffer. My daughter is a NHS surgeon, and the system is a mess. The fly on the wall hospital documentaries should be aired as party political broadcasts.

Public services are uneasy ground for the Conservatives, yet they speak about it as if they are the true custodians. Indefensible record over the history of time.

I am no defender of Johnson, but PMQs is hardly scrutiny is it?
