FTY tell your school about the abuse as soon as possible, stay at friends house if you have a friend you can confine in and explain the situation to theM as they will probably pass half the story on to you the their parents and then to the school.

Lads I don't want to seem like an attention seeker or whatever but I'm sick of living here, my step dad kicked off at me again tonight, all because I forgot to take my shoes upstairs, so he launched them at me and one shamed me in the face so I ran over to him and pushed him, so he started strangling me against the bannister until I've got cuts on my back cuz he forced me against so hard and cuts from his fingernails on my throat, and then as I was walking away I spat at him which I know is disgusting but he then chased me upstairs and I tried to lock my door but he barged through and grabbed me face and forced my mouth open and spat down throat, sorry to tell you all this but I suppose I need to tell someone I guess.

Police, or speak to a teacher in school who you can trust. Or a family friend, if you have a counsellor in school or anything, you can usually tell them in complete confidence.

As loads have said, you are really young and should not be exposed to this, it's a messageboard here but the advice you have gotten is really spot on.

If you want to sort this out immediately, the best thing to do is tell someone you trust.

I mean that.
