Who cares that it took her a little while to get to the page with the numbers on it? She eventually gave the correct costings. One of the few times a politicians has actually given costings in an interview I've seen in a while to be honest.

You are missing the point that her mistake is something that the anti-Corbyn crowd get to hang their coats on, without admitting who it is that their principled anti-Corbyn stance actually benefits.

Good grief. Support her as much as you like, that's admirable, but at least acknowledge that she is a bumbling idiot who should be nowhere near a senior political appointment.......

Good show of support that Pete. Like telling your wife you love her, while telling her she's a big fat horrible mess and wish you'd never married her.

As opposed to the other one leading the idiotic Tories.. . Yeah she's really qualified to be "leader"

No, because although not being her biggest fan, I don't think she is.

One politician spends weeks and weeks look at the costing of his budget, to only withdraw a major plank/finance - self employed NI payments - the day after. And no grilling of his competence/credibility as a chancellor or that of May who appointed him to her 'strong and stable' government.

Another politician in an interview fluffs her costings and her competence/credibility is called into question.

No, one reacted to negative acceptance of a policy and so he changed it as a result, the other didn't have a clue........

Brilliant, mate
And true!

Hammond spends weeks and weeks with the 'brains' in the Treasury and couldn 't work out that this would go down 'negatively'. How completely out of touch with reality is this 'strong and stable' government. The Tories keep spouting that a 'strong and stable' government has to take unpopular decision.
Little wonder that when they have to deal with reality, as their EU 'negotiations' show, are all over the place and in a mess.

Strong and Stable .....

I want to see a strong labour party, one that can help the country.

But to see people defend and support Diane Abbott just sums up why we don't have that. Call a spade a spade like. She's as useless as Boris and the like.

This is the problem most Labour supporters on here have, vote for the donkey with a red rosette. The day that Labour actually work out why the lost the last two elections, with a third to follow, and admit that their people and policies are really poor they may have a chance. But don't bank on it........
