Great weekend for Labour, Corbyn more or less gives up the ghost Scotland, he says its ok to have another independence referendum , the Scottish labour party policy is they don't want one.
The education spokeswoman Rayner admits they haven't got a strategy in place and its causing her sleepless nights.
Andrew Marr rips Long Bailey the new golden girl to bits on TV as she cant get her figures to add up.
Abbott and the baroness Shami are pictured on the champers again.
Meanwhile the Tories have put out a budget that's unpopular , are at war over Brexit, and at any other time would be ripe for smashing are getting a free ride, because the opposition is so weak.
Sad watching this shambles , and people still back Corbyn amazing.

We back him because he is that rarity - a principled, honest, moral politician.

At least I know with him that my vote will not be responsible for killing tens or hundreds of thousands of foreigners.

If you think that any mainstream Labour party is going to be anything other than Tory-slightlylighter you are IMO very mistaken.

Take your point that Labour aren't going to win under him though.

Think he is a decent man but if he had any principles he would step down for the sake of the millions that want a goverment other than the current one for the forseable future . He must know he cant win if not he is deluded.
Not all his fault , google shadow cabinate and tell me in all honesty that is a goverment in waiting, i did it today and just thought is that the best the labour movement can put together.

It's a shambles. A few of us said it would be a shambles when he got voted in. But a great many on here also said isn't he lovely and will return Labour back to its roots etc etc. Well he has, he's returned Labour back into an unelectable embarrassment. But he is still lovely though.......

Just watched it - utterly embarrassing, not only did he forget to ask a question twice, he ended his questions by talking about staircases?!!

I have a begrudging admiration for him as a man, but as a politician, he's utterly hopeless. The Tories must go to bed every night praying that he remains leader until 2020.

Only he didn't.

The £30k was on the tax return, only under the benefits heading.

It was desperate stuff from the right wing media, his peers on the other side of the house weren't eager to follow his lead btw.

I'm no fan of Corbyn as a leader, as he simply isn't one, but the tax return stuff was out of order.
