Starmer has to respect the house commons and it's rules. Not at least given his profession outside politics.

Plenty more he and Labour could do disciplinary wise to keep Dawn Butler in line. The fact they have not suggests he was well aware of it happening!

Case of pick your battles with Starmer, or those who oppose him will come across as whiney old wind bags quicker than he he can put a cushion on the fence post.
