It would be more correct to say that the people who’ve run the party, with one brief hiatus, for the past thirty years will be responsible.

BTW I think Starmer could win the next election, but he’s got to get rid of the dregs of the faction that he’s surrounded himself with - whose uselessness by now should obvious to everyone.
