Not very well as I can vouch. Unite are prevalent on site and they struggle to implement the wills of the their members.

I know they are a German company, but are they also listed on the London stock exchange?

edit. Dont bother, they are. For now anyrate.

And your point is?
Because this nationalised power grid already seems to be on ropey ground if that's the case. A lot of existing wind farms are already run by foreign companies, is Corbyn going to go in and take all this in house is he? Why would Siemen's continue to operate in the country if they don't get the long tail of running and maintaining these sites?

Hahahahaha........
THE NEW COMMONSENSE

You've seen the future today. The future is Corbyn and Labour.

Look at the 'kin state of that penguin and her shambolic "leadership".

The Tories are zombies: dead but still stumbling about making threatening noises.

Watch the zombie's crashing into each other next week in Birmingham, tearing bits of flesh off each other and stinking the place out.

It's over for them.

You raise a very very good point and one of the reasons the EU have bent over backwards to keep giving May a chance. But now they/ve lost the bap and have had enough of her bad faith. At the moment they don't want a Labour government to come in and nationalise their industries like the power stations, water and railways. It will be up to Corbyn/McDonell to spell out and explain the mechanics of what they are proposing.

Has anyone noticed that most Labour MP’s seem more posh than the tories, or is it just that the Labour London Metropolitan Elite are always on TV and in the papers......

Yes, the front bench is far more posh than the Tories.

Phillip Hammond, Chancellor - educated at Oxford, went on to become then worked as a director for several companies before entering politics in 1997.

John McDonnell, Shadow Chancellor - did a couple A-levels at night school, before becoming a mature student at Brunel University - then ran a small children's home, before becoming a researcher for the NUM. Became an MP in 1997.

Damian Hinds, Secretary of State for Education, former president of the Oxford Union Society before working in a think thank - becoming an MP in 2010.

Angela Rayner, Shadow Secretary of State for Education, left school aged 16 - pregnant with no qualifications. Went on to study care and counciling at college before working full time as a care worker. She then rose up through the ranks and became a key member of the union before becoming a MP in 2015.

Only over for them if there is an election in the near future. Can't see them calling one as we have a set term so we are stuck with them.

New leader (which will happen) and who knows after Brexit happens they may gain popularity again. Hope not but depends who becomes their new leader.

S'lrite, this:

lollollollollollollollol

Labour talk about Green credentials then have a shot of a man looking longingly at a Coal Mine.

We won’t engage in casino style financial gambling, we’ll invest in small companies (who definitely never go belly up and would represent higher risk)

We’d create jobs. (Somehow, they’d just exist and pay well, okay?)

We’d revitalise the high street (completely ignoring the fact that the high streets dying because of a shift in how consumers buy)

We’d renationalise so many things (don’t ask where the moneys coming from)

We’d build a million homes (again not sure where the moneys coming or how you’d enforce that on the private home builders market, unless companies are going to be commissioned to build affordable housing, which is good)

We’d spend so much cash you’d wonder where it’s all coming from and if our little utopia is a pipe dream.

Labour - It’s coming home!
