Without wishing to put words in Spadge's mouth, I expect he means the day to day issues which concern most people - prices, wages, jobs, housing, transport and so on.What are "moderate concerns" in your view?

I have the same experience. It is definitely a radical thing and not a moderate concern, in my opinion, rightly or wrongly.
Ha Ha Ha. Atlee was a notorious anti-Zionist. Pro-Market? Lol. He and the 1945 Labour Government were intent in intervening in all aspects of life to tether the market or roll it back so that the state administered our needs.Oddly enough, so was Clem Attlee. I expect he was a Tory too, after all, he came from a middling background.
If folk were so concerned about the day to day issues as you identify, why then did they elect one of the most right wing band of incompetents with an 80 seat majority after enduring nearly 10 years of unneccessary austerity?Without wishing to put words in Spadge's mouth, I expect he means the day to day issues which concern most people - prices, wages, jobs, housing, transport and so on.
Define "radical ones" please.Non radical ones.
So you can't (or won't)...??

1) I don't identify with any of those groups at all.Sorry just in the middle of something.
Quick answer, if you identify as a Communist, BNP/EDL, or the like then you are in small, radical segment(s). I find that those fundamentally pro or opposed to Israel, seemingly obsessively and as a part of their lives fall into those sorts of categories.
Not got time for a back and forth but as @Aberblue highlights, the majority (moderates) are concerned about the day to day stuff, their lives, family, friends, and country, in my opinion.

2) As I asked previously, if folk were "more concerned" about the issues you mention, why after 10 years of unnecessary austerity have we still got a "government" of right wing idealogues who have more in common with pond life like the EDL?

Of course “moderates” is who they define themselves as; everyone else is an extremist
Great idea for a series of books in the Ladybird idiom.Sorry mate, I wasn't pointing the comment at you or meaning to suggest you were a Communist.
The activist types, be they passive (keyboard) or active activists seem to have very fixed ideas that they feel we all should agree with.
I would say that one way to spot a radical is that they go from 0-60 in a second and tend to get upset and quickly if you don't agree with them.
