It is and in the grand scheme of things it really isn't that important, especially today; however, when you consider the questions of her overall competency...
... well, it is unsurprising that people are using it and it arguably does add fuel to the fire. On the other hand though, it's a busy day and she was probably up early.
Her right shoe (left foot in the image) doesn't look the right size/fit either, so it could be that there's a genuine reason why that she is wearing odd shoes
Anyway, I still think that she's far from competent, but this isn't going to be the reason why I think that and there's much important things for us all to focus on.

...Labour will need to shift from the current lot. I agree a female is required, but one with a big brain. Rachel Reeves would be my choice, highly qualified economist who doesn’t talk like a shop steward.
Advantage with Reeves is she’s not one of the Corbynists. The problem with a Reeves is Momentum wont elect her.
