The most progressive Budget this Country has seen in decades yet you'll still get people claiming 'there's no difference' between the two parties.

It is a standard Labour budget, Tax, Borrow, Spend…..

Well, that's what you get if you elect a bunch of hard-line communists into government. The increase in passenger duty for private jets is simply outrageous. Now, I'm gonna have to spend the entire evening rejigging my plans for if I win the Euromillions jackpot for 10 weeks on the bounce. Disgusting, I call it!

……great to hear a Government finally honouring public sector pay recommendations, rather than ignoring them. Sounds like the Civil Service will be expanded, which again means much better public services.

Money and not words to pay for the long-running blood and post office scandals.

Tories often resist wage increases for the public sector, seeing these workers—who are essential to keeping the country running—as less deserving, driven by self-interest and prioritising their own financial gains.

Didn't the IFS say public sector pay is now 1% higher in real terms than it was in 2010?

….thought it funny when Reeves was covering railway and the camera panned to Transport Secretary, Louise Haigh. Reeves mentioned HS2 and Haigh was seen clearly mouthing ‘what a fck up’. Surprised nobody picked up on it, but I can see it being a future GiF
