Glad to see a shift, Corbyn is a dinosaur and needs to stand down, that also goes for the other Corbynistas in the party. We need a party that can hold those Tory's to task.

That´s exactly what we need... Oppose the Tories by announcing we´ve had a rethink and austerity is actually a good thing, long may it continue.

Labour tried to do the whole Tory Lite option under Miliband and we lost badly. What we need is a real Labour government with real Labour values, not a bunch of careerist politicians who parachuted their way into safe seats under Blair.

... and now you are saying that you’d rather have an even more extreme Tory party in charge than a Labour Government, based on what you’ve been told by the Tory press?
No I will not vote till a decent social party returns, as I stated in the last election a decent Labour Party would have got a majority easily.....with Corbyn as leader - no chance!

“The smart way to keep people passive and obedient is to strictly limit the spectrum of acceptable opinion, but allow very lively debate within that spectrum....”

Media´s wet dream coming to life. The crushing of any opinions/viewpoints that differ from the general consensus. This new party will be on a parity with Labour in terms of media coverage and airtime. This is all about ensuring our two main political parties have no fundamental differences. The establishment couldn´t have it any other way.

By Momentum? If we are talking about the same six, they were replaced by ex-Lib Dems (and this happened in June last year).

It happened in June last year but they are still standing councillors and have been deselected for the May local elections. The same with Cllr Ron Abbey in the Wirral, a veteran of local politics and deselected for the far left loony regime

Does that not show you how far to the right things are now and there is absolutely no way on gods earth that Corbyn resembles anything remotely 'militant'.
Really he voted against most past Labour MPs on everything something correct most things wrongly.....
You sadly have to accept he is Michael Foot mk 2,but worse imo unelectable v a broken party in power......

You keep saying 'far left', what policies, actions or events can you point to as 'far left', as in politics, not in your head and not as a comparative against an extreme right lurch. Your making out were on the cusp of Mao...

You're old enough to remember the ridicule that Foot got in the press, unfairly as history has shown, the red under the bed donkey jacket at the cenotaph etc, can you not see the same game being played out in front of your eyes? If you want the status quo Joe you should have voted remain your two positons here seem dismetrically opposed to me. You want things to toddle on...
