Shes already renting a place with her boyfriend, she wouldnt listen a few years ago, thankfully shes got herself a really good job, God if I had her job at her ages I could be sitting on a house with millions now, but here she is, getting stung just to rent a box.

Trouble with renting is you have to live, rent day to day costs ect, while saving it so much harder.

Obviously getting rid of the Rwanda plan and Bibby Stockholm was great news but Labour are still scared to be seen as weak on immigration.

The problem is that the lack of solution. Immigration is a huge issue for some voters.
Whether you send them to Rwanda, Bobby Stockholm, or a detention centre there is criticism.
If they get priority housing there is criticism.
I do feel there is a middle ground of an “open encampment” with the prospect of employment that benefit the nation while processing goes one. Potholes for one.
I appreciate that this could conjure images of chain gangs but surely is could be done in matter that ends “they come over here and do nothing” argument while also helping the nation and assisting with assimilating to a new country.

Why does it always turn into and old vs young debate on here?

The bitterness towards the younger generation is horrible to see.

People seem so ignorant of the problems the younger generation face.

My experiences of my own parents and my inlaws, leads me to the conclusion, that the older you are, the more selfish and the more self absorbed you become.

A man that dresses as a woman and identify as one.
Someone in transition to be a woman.,Going through the process.
If they have gone through the process , surely they wouldnt be inTransition as they are now a woman.
So assuming they can't be called a trans?
Bit confused.

Biggest problem is projection and perception. The reporting and slant is biased toward migration/immigration as wholly problematic. Therefore the perception mirrors that. It's why there's quiet when you mention migrant nurses and doctors for instance, or when I point out to some 'friends' who didn't work totally 'legally' in London, Jersey, Germany etc due to Thatcher's policies in the 80s & 90s.

Getting old and ever out of touch. I think the answer is probably yes to all if that's how they identify. As long as you approach things in good faith and ain't out to cause any offence then hopefully you'd be fine if you came across any of the scenarios.
