"a man so unaccustomed to autocue that every new word takes him by such surprise"
I would have thought you big Corbeebies would have been all over the manifesto by now, ridiculouling it, suggesting tweaks and letting us all know how it shaped up to the dumpsterload of misery that's been brewed herein.
You sure are [Poor language removed] tediousUK Labour Party says 'Good luck England'.
That'll go down well in Wales and Scotland.

A very long vid by a scruff, but nevertheless, a fairly comprehensive look at Starmer:
You sure are [Poor language removed] tedious
Hardly think much thought went into it. Just a little sign of support and guessing more people would call them them unpatriotic if they didn't do it.Again, and not for the first time, you miss the point by a country mile. They're selling themselves as a 'UK' party. To support them individually is inconsistent with that.
I'm no supporter of Labour, but to criticise them for that seems almost deranged.Again, and not for the first time, you miss the point by a country mile. They're selling themselves as a 'UK' party. To support them individually is inconsistent with that.
There's plenty more important reasons to condemn them, you're right.I'm no supporter of Labour, but to criticise them for that seems almost deranged.
I thought the anecdote about May saving the young teen from Starmer who was about to send him off to the good ol' USA for a very long stretch was amusing. That's just reminded me to pick up a copy of the Oliver Eagleton book on Starmer - which is where I suspect most of the ammo for that video comes from.
I've picked my way through that video and there's some very important qualifications about Starmer's claims to be a progressive. The time spent here on his DPP career (20m-45m) is well worth the listen.
