I feel so sorry for you feeling gutted, but I did my best. Anything else is a result of your level of education. It would be a disgraceful use of power for Starmer to abuse his position to influence the party in allowing any sitting Labour MP to defend their seat in the upcoming election.
It's just possible this might help,it's the best I can do unfortunately.
Any chance you can shove your best?

They said they just don't want the song to be politicised, but will be voting Labour to get the Tories out. You're a caricature Dave. It's quite sad.
No, they didn't. They said: "....I’ll be voting to get the Tories out".

Nothing to do with voting 'Labour'.

I've said it before and I'll say it again - you don't half talk daft for someone who projects themselves to have intelligence. You cant even read a newspaper report without assuming what you hope to be there rather than what is there.

You lack rigour.

I've tried my best, don't know how I can help you any more but... Sitting MP with large majority over decades who has the party whip. What needs considering about them defending the seat?

Rumours are she was hinting on retirement anyway, apparently not in the best of health mate, hope, if it's true, she recovers fully. Been a loyal MP for years and I don't care what side of the party she's from. Has been known to have the occasional gaffe from time to time but who doesn't.

Well that 's a blow isn't it , who gives a toss what they think.
They are not the tories in a different wrapping plain and simple ,might not be the be storming the gates with a red flag in hand.
but certainly not tories.

Have to laugh some of these are actually begging for another 14 years aren't they, sure Dave would love to say " I told you so" if the Tories get back in.

Why Dave who are you supporting today ?
You lack memory mate..

Lol at all the twee social media idiots trying to start a campaign to get this to number one.

The Starmer Gang are destined to be on the same level as Trump - being told by about 20 bands they don't want their songs tarnished by association with him.

Supporting today?

My choices have been clear and logical throughout.

I said this back in October last year...

I was voting Green if there were no socialist candidate. Then one emerged in my constituency. And as per my original statement I am voting for the Workers Party and leaving the Green Party one side....but best of luck to them anyway as they are an anti-Israel-apartheid party

It's called being consistent. You really should try it too. It's good to be consistent.

So you changed you're mine from abstaining again, dearie me Dave, dearie me. Tell the truth you're terrified of a Centrist Labour party gaining power where a Corbyn Labour party failed, it's pride Dave tell it how it is.

This is what people have been trying to tell you throughout this thread. Who on earth do you believe is realistically on the table in order to "get the Tories out"? Count Binface? The Greens? Your Workers Revolutionary mob?

Apart from abstaining every other day, you're best bet Bruce is anyone but the Labour party....unless Jeremy Corbyn is made leader again...simple really.

Bruce it should be Labour, it needs to be Labour, it can only be Labour and yet the faction who run Labour at the moment have decided all that means they can use this opportunity to get people who'd never win any kind of open selection (to be a candidate or to be an MP) into positions of power.

Tsubaki isn't this what Tony Blair done in 1997, he changed traditional Labour policies to gain voters who wouldn't dream of voting for the Labour party, because at the time Labour was unelectable and as Blair said most of his time being a labour MP was spent in opposition. He said he/ Labour could do nothing in opposition, they needed to be in power to govern for people who had traditionally voted Labour all their lives, but we're denied a voice. So he decided to create New Labour that appealed to a greater variety of voted and New Labour went on to have their longest time I power.

So look today the Labour party have been in opposition for 14 years, isn't Starmer trying out the Blair way out of necessity ? As Blair found out then and was right Starmer is now going along the same path now, he needs to, to win the election. I know some people won't like it, but the alternative is simply another 5 years in opposition.
