I've watched it multiple times and it looks like people to me. Not arsed with who SKY dig up to push their agenda, I've got my own pair of eyes

Slowed down however, a few lip-readers have suggested that it is in fact woman that he muttered, so who knows. Based on that, then the whole furore is crass!
