….more monies to reduce NHS waiting lists, more monies in specific areas such as midwifery, more monies to recover NHS dentistry.
...not from government, from the private sector after his party's 'reforms'.

FFS, will you focus on what this feller is saying not what you think he's saying.

You'll learn the hard way.

Everyone supporting Starmer knows in the heart of hearts I'll be proven correct on this. They just know it.

What do the Manchurian Candidate's new mates on here think of him handing interviews to the S*n...
Should know better, he'll have immediate witness to the whitewash surrounding duckenfield and the establishments mishandling and crass treatment of dead victims and their families. Maybe johnson should have blamed him for it instead of the saville prosecution lies?

"People believe Labour's job is to defend public services. I have never believed that"

Hell talking about reform and the market taking more of the responsibility of operating the NHS.

Wake up FFS.
I'm on the Friday afternoon scotch, can't beat em, get just as schnockered and blunt out the obvious. 'Everybody knows'....

I think there's a fair chance Dave is calling this right. Starmer is a bad snide, offering little more than the status quo. I wouldn't trust him as far as I could piss him. The country is in such a mess I think a lot of people dont realise just how bad. Those expecting quick improvements are going to be very disappointed, and I can see any goodwill towards Labour evaporating quite quickly.

I would love to be proven wrong, and I still want the Tories out. I'm expecting nothing from Labour but a slightly more competent shafting though.

Of course hes right.

There is no magic wand that can fix this country.

Its on a slippery slope, Labour wont be able to correct its free fall.

But at least they wont be Tories.

We need radical policies and we need a turn away from neoliberalism. What we'll get is more austerity form the 'fiscally responsible' Starmer lot and further deregulation of the economy and whole swathes of the public sector opened up for it.

Oh what a day to be alive in Britain. Two Tory parties and a duopoly strangling the life out of the rest of us as they kow tow to corporate forces and right wing opinion.

I disagree about “radical policies” Dave - what will sort the country and the economy out are very simple, very basic policies that have already been demonstrated to work, and overseeing them competently and honestly.
