His idea about a wealth tax on the oil producing cartel is pretty transparent to me, he's set the rug a matter of hours after sunak has turned tail on environment and building regs, Brown knows full well saudi et al in opec aint ponying up one shilling to build infrastructure in Bolivia say, or roads in Zimbabwe, or hospitals in Yemen. This is a move to frame the new north sea gas field extraction licences in just such a way short to medium.
