Labour have been very muddled and weak in their migration policies. They’re too scared of going too far in opposition for fear of alienating some voters. It’s pathetic in my opinion.

Will create more uncertainty. We going to need a period of stability after this Tory mess, then we (mainland UK) will move towards alignment with EU then we might as well be at the table rather than on the menu, so back in. The path to rejoin was started with Sunak last week. I can see us back within 10 years now, rather than 30 plus years.

Going to have to work positively with the French whatever. I suspect Sunak if you take him at his word (big ask) with the time he has left will be more serious with Macron than previous Tory Pms, who used to stoke anti French bigotry to appease their racists within.

Will sure up vote across the spectrum. Despite what government peddles out, there is the feeling that breakdown in law and order is worsening many polling suggests this. It ranks third on people's concerns. Been clear strategy for some years now for Labour.
