So, so, so very easy to imagine

This is the problem for me, no matter who starts, we're likely to concede today. Joel concedes, it's an easy excuse to drop him for Howard against Leicester, and assess in the offseason, or to maybe give Joel one more chance against Leicester.

If Howard concedes several goals, well we can't just go back to Joel because this is hardly a fair chance for Howard to reclaim his spot after he's been injured for so long. It's just baffling any way you look at it.
 


People used to say that half the reason Howard was playing so crap was cause he had no competition.

Well now after seeing how well Joel has been playing he'll know he has some competition and will up his game accordingly.

Well, that or he'll know he'll play even after Joel proving himself decent competition so Howard will probably attempt a few keepie uppies from back passes tonight cause he knows even if he gets tackled and they score he still won't get dropped.
 

it's annoying that Joel has been dropped; he's clearly playing well and growing in confidence. Martinez appearing to be scared of dropping one or two players it seems!
