Completely agree.
Some are uncomfortable with the notion he may be no1 next season so think a loan out is good idea.

just think we need a first choice keeper in his prime. robles is still young for a keeper, it won't do him or us any good to be sitting on our bench all season - we need him out playing games, hence my opinion.

He will be our no1 potentially.

don't see what the issue with him being our number 1 would be, he's become better than howard he's young and will only get better with experience.

Howard goes, we save a LOT of wages, bring in a younger keeper like Nyland and use the wages of howard to increase our squad.

We need a bit of a overhaul getting rid of the much older players and bringing in younger SQUAD options.

The lids come in and proved everyone wrong.... The lids hating on him are the kind of glory hunting fans the likes of city and Chelsea get.... Love the fact he's doing well... Well in Joel lid.

It would be harsh on Joel to have to sit on the bench as soon as Howard is back. Howard has probably cost us 5 points this season from his mistakes alone, while Joel started slightly nervously but has come really good. Three consecutive clean sheets is a great return and display of his upturn in form, delighted with him. It should be time for Howard to play second fiddle until Joel loses form.
