I’m dealing with this heat a lot better than I anticipated. I’ve been doing manual work outdoors for the last few weeks and I think it’s helped prepare me.
I’m lucky to live in a place where there’s lots of open space and greenery. Currently sat in the shade under a tree and it’s not too bad at all.
