That's big of you seeing as you said you weren't going to vote in a GE. It's not just about brexit you know. You could end up with five more years with the criminal Johnson in charge. Mind you you'd probably be happy with that eh?
I will vote - is not decicide as Brexit after 3 years is not sorted ...I did state that ...

Bit defensive there fellas. All I'm saying is that for most of those who campaign for more taxes to be raised and spent on stuff, they seem to want other people to be footing the bill. If you think that's morally alright, then fair enough.
If you think working full time cannot even lift someone out of receiving benefits. Well it's pitiful.

Better suck up Brexit because it's turning that Liberal cheek of yours that had led people right into Farage...

I'm alright, Brexit is unlikely to effect me... I doubt Johnson Government will change my circumstances

However, I'm fully aware through my job that with slightly different set of defining circumstances. I would be at the mercy to the likes of Johnson or Swinson, who are only to keen to take advantage and put as many of the work force in the gig economy as possible. Britannia unchained...

Defensive, nah fella it's called empathy.

On the surface, sure, but it's a slippery slope applying general principles to what are undoubtedly individual circumstances.

Unike you I will accept the democratic decision my main complaint was with MPs an did not like many posts on here too - if the country votes for a non Brexitirs party.
I will accept it like you did not accept the refferendum result with many others on here ..
You do know that disagreeing with something and wishing to change it, is not the same as refusing to accept it, don't you ?

Was just about to post the same thing. No chance Zuckerburg will follow suit but bad timing for Johnson all the same.

Sort of, although Twitter is an echo chamber for Labour/Momentum fans.

It does mean that those voices go uncontested and can shape a narrative though, which is an advantage for Labour, even if a marginal one.

Twitter's market share of political advertising is quite small as well but it'll be interesting to see FB response.

That seems like a dig at FB.

Democratically elected ones. But because they weren't doing what you wanted you didn't accept it.

So when services are cut (as they have been over the past 10 years) who has predominately paid the price? It's the same argument in reverse. The only difference is wealthier people have a little bit less money (or their level of increase in wealth slows a bit) or people die on the other.

Whats morally right to me is that we don't have children living in abject poverty having had their standards of livings plundered to pay for the top 5% wealth to increase to increase substantially. To me we need a fair tax system, where everyone pays their fair share. As it happens it will mean my taxes probably do go up. At times to pay for things I'll never use. However it's morally the right thing to do.
