TBH, the people here are so 'kin thick that Johnson could get his nob out and run around the studio and still get applause and their vote.

The country is dead. It's populated by a nation of utter bell ends.

But Brexit !!!! But brexit...if the tories get in again then just wait for civil unrest...it will happen and the twunts safe in their little village pubs will be the first to go....

From the clips I saw the only revealing moment was Johnson getting laughed at when he said he was telling the truth. Everyone knows he's a liar. Even the sheep who'll vote for him just to get Brexit done (his one and only card to play) know he;'s a liar and will expect an utter toeing for the next 5 years.

Go figure. I'm done with the tools in this country. It's not that one I was born and brought up in. I feel like an alien here.

I don't get it, it seems like we are a nation of masochists who are determined to be punished come what may. Like you say this just doesn't feel like the country I was brought up in either or what over a million servicemen fought and died for in two World Wars......... the state of this country.

I understand that the classy ITV planted a load of Tories in the audience to sneer and jeer throughout. In that context, a clear win.

Regardless of audience, he wasn't very good. Lacked energy, missed clear opportunity to deliver a message, some points feel flat.

Not surrprised. The 'truth' gag by Johnson alone secured that assessment. I mean, if you're Johnson's handlers do you advise him to use the word "truth" under ANY circumstances? No chance. That's one word he needed to steer clear of.
