Best thing I ever did was go part time...3 days a week (less money) but the peace of mind it gave me can't be calculated in monetary terms...wish I had done it earlier tbh...I appreciate that it is not the universal panacea but I can honestly say that I wouldn't be here now if I had continued full time. Surely we should be hoping to achieve this work/life balance, as an aim not an immediate solution.

There are really very few ideas to stick to a five day working week except for the fact that it's the way things are done.
Just like much else - we've got a real chance to move Britain forward into a progressive, modern society rather than one in thrall to the old economy and the outdated ways of thinking. There are a variety of ways to do this, and Greens, Labour, Lib Dems, SNP, all have their own views on this. I personally think Labour are the only way about it. The only thing that any one who looks at the genuine ideas and research in to this can know with complete certainly is that the Tories are not the party for this. They are a party that will hurt the country by refusing to let it move forward into a more equal, happier, and better supported society.

No Dave. He was way too hesitant. He didnt debate or challenge Johnson anywhere near enough. Was horribly frustrating to watch.

From the clips I saw the only revealing moment was Johnson getting laughed at when he said he was telling the truth. Everyone knows he's a liar. Even the sheep who'll vote for him just to get Brexit done (his one and only card to play) know he;'s a liar and will expect an utter toeing for the next 5 years.

Go figure. I'm done with the tools in this country. It's not that one I was born and brought up in. I feel like an alien here.

Don‘t be despondent Dave, whatever the result, and I know you and I wish for differing outcomes, we will still be basically the same country trying to overcome the same problems......

Have you thought about a trip to Hong Kong mate?

I'm just saying that he came across as weak and impotent. To be clear I detest Johnson with a passion.

Oh look, some person no one has ever heard of has left the Labour Party. Whatever will we do...

Well the people of Keith Vaz’s constituency will know him and will draw their own conclusions. He’s not a world figure but I suspect that particular constituency will draw conclusion from his words......one seat at a time.....
