I don't think the electorate at large care, because the opposition isn't a viable alternative.

That's the problem IMO. Everything bad that hits Johnson and the Tories, I think a lot of people are shrugging their shoulders. The polls indicate as such too.

Corbyn needs to somehow cut through. Currently I'm not seeing the same momentum he gathered in 2017 against May.
Polls need to be given a large cellar of salt to pinch at... Private polling which won't be public knowledge until after Election, something has pushed the Tories into desperate measure if Farage is to be believed... Not even a manifesto time yet.

My memory isn't the best but I think a big thing for Corbyn that election was being able to stand in a field, before a gig or a festival, and get the attention of thousands of young people at a time, which was then shared again and again on social media.

The crap weather and dark nights don't give him that same opportunity.
The election was first then Glastonbury speech... Remember it was Mays to win 100 seats or so, Telegraph has Johnson at 110 today..

Turns out that's true but he was still managing to draw crowds at events like this and got himself on stage before a Libertines gig. Smaller scale than Glastonbury but they were frequent and helped to build some momentum imo.

He has been on the road shows doing grass root stuff for the last two years. He was at a festival near me in Wales in the summer... Don't rely on mainstream media as to what Corbyn and the wider shadow cabinet is up to.

I know he has but the bit in bold illustrates my point. He won't have nearly as much opportunity to engage with people like this in the next month before the election because events like that aren't put on in the winter.

It should be, but I don't think it is. As bad as that news is, I think a lot of people will just think it'd be just as bad under Corbyn, so it doesn't matter.
I'm not so sure. Labour always poll higher on the NHS, and although it was shrinking in terms of lead up until fairly recently, it will widen when it becomes an issue in election and people start to scrutinise the Tories record.

Oh blimey he is always on his soap box.. Be it summer festival or village hall in November etc.

....worst ever NHS results, a massive campaign bonus for Labour. They truly are scandalous but not unexpected as public services suffer under the Tories. This is a very dangerous Conservative Party who will say anything the public want to hear in pursuit of power.

Pity the 4 day per week target wasn’t thought through by Labour, it might be aspirational but the Tory’s will use it to deflect on a number of issues that are uncomfortable for them.
Local hospitals to me (Redhil/ Crawley) have most medical staff working 3 days on 4 days off, working 12 1/2 hour shifts (1/2 day plus a 15 minute handover at each end) - 37 1/2 hour week. Staff seem happy with it.

Nationalising a part of it... Certainly the country needs better access and cheaper broadband... It will be a necessity eventually, especially with rise of home working
I read somewhere that less than 10% of Uk homes has access to high speed fibre. Crazy when compared to some countries in Asia.

It’s a great idea however implementing it will be hard.
