The positive thing for us at the moment is that most of our good players are British. Of them only Baines is really worth big money, so you'd think he's the only one likely to go. For the others, Pienaar I can't see leaving again at his age unless he wants to chill at Ajax or something. Mirallas might go but probably not yet. No one else would cause us big damage really.

I can't even remember all the games he has played in never mind his performance. you must have some memory.

Watch him have a blinder on Saturday now. He's going to see enough of the ball anyway. I predict he wont do us any favours. I'll eat my words no doubt.

So both think Mucha isn't dodgy and both can't judge if Howard's better.

I rest my case. Entitled to an opinion of course. Personally I just think Ijjy likes to argue with me.

I watched Mucha live in Slovakia against Ireland a few years back. He looked a decent keeper. He also played in the WC for them and didn't do much wrong. Are you basing your opinion on the odd game he has had here and there for us?

Howard has been far from stellar this season, and so far Mucha hasn't done anything wrong. I'm not entirely convinced that Howard is much better than Mucha to be honest. I know quite a few keepers and none of them rate Howard very highly.

If Mucha gets a run of games it'll be interesting to see how he does.

Apparently you can judge a goalkeeper's ability on a handful of games spread over three seasons. Get real.

Anybody saying that Mucha is factually better or worse than Howard after such a short length of time is wrong.

Yes, I am and I'm willing to say he's not even close to replacing Howard. He looks uneasy in there.

But but but. Moyes sees him in training.... You're a funny one you Brennan lad.

I find it amusing that the new TV deal will be the answer to our problems.

Look back at all the previous deals, they have been record breaking deals. And yet we still manage to increase the debt, even with sales of assets as well. What I want to know, is why will it be different this time??

Yeah, and if Moyes didn't think he was good enough to at least be backup keeper then he wouldn't be here.

You're saying he's dodgy based on absolutely nothing, a single mistake against Chelsea over a year ago.

GK probably more than any other position is one based a lot on confidence and understanding with defenders, something which you can only really build up over time. De Gea looks like a much better keeper now than he did six months ago.

Whats backup? We had Iain Turner as backup for years he was also turd. To even suggest that it's impossible to judge whether he's better than Howard's is just silly. It's clearly evident!

Yeah, Mucha's the problem.

Nobody's said he's the problem. Him coming in hasn't helped matters. Howards been a mainstay for how long.

From this post amongst other I've come to the conclusion that you just like to argue with me. Howard is miles ahead of Mucha mate anybody with half a cell can see that

And from this I can see that you can't read.

I've said about 3 times that Howard is better. What's wrong with you?

So why did you throw the spanner of "it's near on impossible to judge" in the works. It's not even remotely impossible he just isn't as good as Howard.

Dont get the Jan Mucha hate.

Im gonna be honest, he doesnt fill me with confidence, but neither does Starfish Howard.

We got spoilt at Everton for Keepers, I watched that 1985 Vid last night and Andy Gray said something like, "We knew we could play football and as long as we scored at least 1 we would win games, cos nobody was ever gonna score more than 1 goal past Southall", we then had Martyn who was also a wonderful Keeper.

Clearly in the meantime we had some utter tosh, Simonsen and Wright springs to mind, the whole thing with Turner.

But anyway, im waffling.

STOP THE JAN MUCHA HATE
