it is a difficult watch to see so many passionate fans suffer like this weekend and obvious that things have to change rapidly. as part of soul searching do u think fans have a small part to play in improving so the everton get better??

I think the match going fans are fine, it's the armchair critics which are the problem.

Sometimes we are extremely negative like negative extremists

But sometimes it's just the manor of the loss, like last night, I really don't care that we lost to a Liverpool back up side and to be fair a very good side I thought, it's the fact that we were just so cowardly and weak, if it was end to end - chance to us chance to them, good exciting game and we go and lose then ok fair enough

But weak scumbags like sigurdsson providing nothing in the midfield terrified to turn on the ball or attempt to play the unlocking pass in fear of it not working just makes me sick

One thing I like about iwobi he just keeps going and trying and passing, yeah maybe lacks quality sometimes but he will try and find that pass over and over

I'd give him a run CM when fit

this is a v interesting viewpoint. could u please expand.

Ignoring yesterday, which was painful for us all, most of the matchday negativity is focused on people who plainly very rarely go to a game. I know they don't go to many games, because they post while we are playing, which, as most of us know, is nearly impossible at Goodison, which is an internet free zone.

The armchair critics seem divorced from reality, and expect everything now, without realising that hard work and a bit of luck is required. They're also a bit obsessed with "being entertained". If I wanted to be entertained, I'd buy a Netflix subscription. Supporting Everton is far more than just being a part of the entertainment industry, and I do wonder if Everton is really for them.

Firstly. Kenwright should do the right thing and step down from all official club duties with immediate effect.
Secondly. We as fans SHOULD boo Schniderlin every time his name is mentioned or he touches a ball. I feel it should also extend to Walcott and Siggy. The support base in the sixties through the eighties would not have had this in any way shape or form.
Thirdly. Get behind Carlo and to be honest Moshri they and the new stadium are our only hope.
Fourth: Remember those of us born before 1975 have seen and smelt success at this great club. those especially born after 1990 have only seen heartache and those blues in school today I feel for them I really do.

this was really well articulated buddy and correct me if i am wrong but u are chastising misplaced fan entitlement from those leeching on the club for their personal entertainment ego??
