I don't own my house, does that make me and millions of others a failure? Its like you think we have millions slouching around ready to be spent on Kaka. We don't. We know why. Your bile comes from a complete lack of understanding of FF.

Did we purchase the ground outright in the first place?
Did we have the money to built FF ourselves?
What evidence exists that we could have built it any cheaper?
Why would the board go for the most expensive option?

I'd love to say that the board were all perfect, but like you and me they are human. No doubt you've never made a mistake in your life, or taken a wrong turn. I'll say what I've said on numerous occasions. I don't want the board to remain for ever and ever. I want them to sell, but I don't want them to sell to the first crook who comes to the door.

So, with no buyer waiting at the door, and with the bank not seeking to foreclose on us, it would appear that your only tactic is to cast them as the devil incarnate. I can really see Kenwright / Earl et al wetting their pants. We should be having an intelligent discussion about the best way of making changes. Instead your tactics (much like the amber scarf) is juvenile and alienates those fans who would love to join your cause. Just go to the blueroom and see how well the amber scarf has been received because those are the fans you have to convince.

again, if FF is to be held up as a shining achievement of this boards reign, it only goes to show how inept they have been. if your happy with the way they have performed, on any level, then i feel truly sorry for you.

Just realised people mean finch farm with FF.

Spent half this thread thinking they meant Fortress Fund.

Can we get our acronyms straight?

kirkby was not niave, it was incompetance, a very poor choice promoted by a board lacking in vision, finance and integrity. you have spouted many things i have not agreed with, this one ,in particular. i do not have the same degree of expertise as some per se , that rail infrastructure, but having witnessed first hand the humiliating experience of DK, and the other complete failures of this board, i must point out, your talking s''t.

You really do not know.

You really do not know.

and yet more than you, really hornby. one line comments just dont cut it. you have made statements on here, which have been argued, and to my mind, countered well. so just explain why;
kirkby was more beneficial to everton football club than its shadow board memebers
how the transport system was so flawed, the clubs "experts" (i still think korky and dan) were not just embarressed, but humiliated at the inquiry.
and, this is the one i love most, why the everton experts and board couldnt agree if the club was for sale and wether anyone had even been employed to act on their behalf.

because, i really DO know.

This thread is a bit.

Kirkby was rejected on transport grounds. FACT! EFC thought you don't need rapid-transit to service a 50-000 expandable to over 60,000 stadium. How naive.

You really don't know. Sad but true.

You seem to be the on holding up FF as the arch angel. Never said such thing. I just echoed another post that it was an achievement. Shining example of the Board is signing and keeping Moyes and more importantly leaving him to run the football part of the club. But you're so negative, I have little doubt that you will see that as a fcuk up as well.

So, what's your solution to solve the issue that you see in the board? The floor is all yours.

Shame if true about Jagielka, hate it when 'bigger' clubs come and snatch players from those trying to make that last step. (As I should know :( )

Not sure if that is the real guy or not but seems to be getting a lot of attention.
