If true would this not be the proof he needed to take legal action that was threatened then seemed to be quietly dropped?
I check most Everton fansites and I have not seen anyone else mention this. If untrue then it doesn't show Mr. Kenwright in a good light either.

I can't see Kenwright wanting to stay on as owner or chairman. He must be sick to death of it.
