If there was nothing against trump, why did he prevaricate so much in releasing these files?
I always thought it was due to many of his friends and business associates being linked to Epstein, so he didn't want anything coming back to him after it became common knowledge he'd taken so many millions off sponsors and influential men. That he'd willingly turned the other cheek and kept his mouth shut to enrich himself.
But then—with everything that's gone on, the size of the cover up, the fact Epstein 'killed himself' while Trump was President, the additional images and literal evidence that's come to light: I fully believe Trump at a bare minimum knew everything that Epstein did, benefited from it in as much as he accepted questionably young woman to frolic with, and ensured Epstein didn't live to tell the tale.
At a maximum he's a paedophile, rapist, enabler of a human trafficker and willingly took substantial steps to ensure his and others' crimes never came to light.
The reality is likely somewhere in the middle.
Don't forget, they literally confirmed last week that the evidence also related to murder. How on earth are they sitting on that?!
As President, if he was innocent, he'd see a chance to put his name down in history as the person who finally held these rich and powerful people to account and put people behind bars who should have already spent the last 20+ years there.
He'd be an American hero.
You look at his comments about Maxwell, "I wish her well", because he knows she has enough evidence to nail him, ensuring she lives in a beautiful minimum security women's prison with fantastic facilities and refusing to rule out a pardon for her.
You look at the numerous people at the White House and in the FBI constantly contradicting themselves about the evidence and scale of it because they're under orders not to reveal too much and play it down.
It's too much, the only question is will he die before anything genuinely dangerous to him gets out? He's surely only got another few years left in him.
