Pat Fish aka The Jazz Butcher dead at 64. Very sad, I used to live down the road from him, he helped one of my bands out as a youth and was much loved in Northampton and beyond. He leaves behind an excellent body of work spanning from the mid-80's to 2021. He'll be sadly missed by many.

…Norman Gard passed away yesterday at his home in Portugal.

Not a familiar name, but Norman worked for the Toffees (and Reds) for many years as translator & player liaison officer. Such was his personality a host of players remained close friends after their time on Merseyside was finished. The likes of Bob the Pole was still constantly in touch.

Norman was a passionate Evertonian & made no secret of this with Red players but was just as popular with them. He was terrific company and many ex-players and officials will be mourning his loss as will those of us who knew him.

Very sad news, I knew Norman well during my time working for RBS on Merseyside. A true gent and a passionate Blue. I spent many happy hours in his fine company. Sincere condolences to his family and friends
