I liked Clive james , I remember when he nearly come to blows with Oliver Reed on tv.

Still sad at Miller's demise and now Clive James has gone. Both very witty men.

He was the Stephen Fry of his day, tremendously intelligent and witty man, part of the big fringe scene of the early sixties that went on to be big in the theatre and comedy world.

Clive was a poet as well. Recently published a collection of his verse. I like his Japanese Maple.

Just watching BBC breakfast and they had a recent interview with him where he was reading some of his poetry, they also had a live link to the states and spoke to Margarita Pracatan, her singing is still as good/bad as ever I'm happy to report.
