Yeah read that the cps said there was insufficient evidence to prosecute, but did not clear him, for me if there's insufficient evidence then he's not guilty and that should be made clear, the accused should not be left hanging in the wind with an accusation over his head. If they think he's guilty then find the evidence and prosecute, it they can't then declare him innocent.

RIP to an amazing actress and singer, seems like Doris Day was great offscreen as well setting up an animal charity and being a supoortive friend to Rock Hudson when many were shunning those with AIDS.
