Oh the decision now is when is the best time for him to be removed.

Can he still take the fall for some more of the economy? If not, hoof him

Probably. Thing is, in these last few mad years, I am not that sure that that many swing voters will pin the current economic situation on sommet Johnston has done. To have Covid and Ukraine as two Black Swans in turn, is a tough gig, no matter who is in charge.

In my limited experience, folk are bored by his "happy chappy" crap, and basically do not believe a word he says now. Lob in the failure of the heralded "Brexit Benefit" in the red wall seats, and I think thats more likely to be his downfall.

I don't mean to be picky but COVID was not a black swan event.

But but but , Covid Ukraine, Russia, EU different measures or fastest vaccine rollout delete as appropriate for the usual waffling excuse generator. Just don't mention BREXIT.
I still like the "fastest vaccine rollout because we left the EU" which was repeated often and dispelled often, without any correction on behalf of the claimant. The follow up just became "don't do the country down" or "we do have the fastest vaccine rollout", until of course we didn't.

The way he delivered it too. The vaccine was a multi-country initiative with Germany Belgium, UK and others involved. Boris just announced one day that he was ready to give it to the UK population, completely whipping the carpet out from under the others and claiming some sort of victory.

Cheap bstard

yeah to think, this vaccine rollout had nothing to do with the NHS at all and all the brave Doctors and Nurses, Hospital staff and so many of them who died in horrendous conditions...it was all Boris, no one else. Well you'd think that with the amount of codswallop flying around wouldn't you.

Astonishing isn't it.
Think back to 2010 and the attack was on Labour for waste, high taxation, poor value public spending etc.

2022: we have waste, even higher taxation, poorer value public spending (usually magically leaking into the private sector), and a weaker set of public services.

Oh, and we're about to seemingly find out what 1970s we're like for those too young to remember/not born.
