So this £400 for energy for every home Those with second third homes would not normally be living & consuming same energy in homes at the same time, or if they did the usage would be halved or more as they either stop in one house or another, or half of the household stops in one house whilst the other half stops in the other...

I know of a number of holiday homes in my area that are lived in just 6 weeks a year if that, summer months only, and they will be getting £400 for their 6 week home as well 46 week home, madness!

The £400 should at least decrease depending on number of household owned.
