Scotland, Wales and Ireland can’t wait until England vote for independence and leave the union .
What about NI?
A United Ireland is (in my opinion, obviously) inevitable but it's nowhere near as close as some think. If they go for a border poll too soon, I don't think a majority would support it then it would be decades before another one. We'll also have to suffer the death throes of the dinosaurs. Our kids will sort it. They're not tainted/scarred like us old farts. I don't really care as long as the peace is maintained.I think my comment about Scotland was aimed more at Scottish politicians. But answering your question, I don’t think anyone would vote to get rid of NI, it’s a valued part of the U.K. But I do think that NI will work out its best future place in the world over time, be it as an Independent country, part of ROI or continue as a valued part of the U.K.…..

This exemplifies why! And probably be fast tracked to be potential leader candidate.

There was footage of a Hartlepool local during the GE bemoaning the fact that there were no food banks when Labour were in government, but he was happy because now under tory rule there were plenty. Hope this helps.Hartlepool confuses me a lot. Isn't the area extremely run down? How is voting Tory going to help them.
Really struggles that town, some nice coast round there though. Started with Brexit built largely on anti immigration and people have stuck with them. The ‘red wall’ is lost to Labour for a generation.Hartlepool confuses me a lot. Isn't the area extremely run down? How is voting Tory going to help them.
