The worst thing about this all is the fact they are rushing to defend / excuse them when they are clearly bang to rights on the matter.

Rather than tackle it head on , constant ducking and diving making the issue ten times worse.

If they had come.out and said we had parties, understand public are angry , we had a major lapse in judgement during the pandemic and we let the people down etc , this would all go away.

Instead they are tackling one story at a time knowing full well the whole picture. It's almost like self sabeutaging their political future

It's what the likes of the carefully crafted David Brent become when wealth and privilege is allowed to go unchecked. We've all had them the manager know one could quite believe got to be a manager. Only in the UK a country a shackled by its imperial history allows an educated fool to actually become Prime Minister.

Another one who makes the flesh creep. The supercilious and needlessly wordy manner of speech that people pass off for good manners and intelligence irritates the living piss out of me. Who or what does it remind you of ans Trump and the Republican party, there is no difference at all. Trump, liar, bully and narcissist, Johnson exactly the same traits. The Tories rallying around a proven liar, even though he knowingly broke all the rules, just like the Republicans did.
