Oh they're absolutely useless so that bit was true. But trying to say he was marginalised and it Boris making all the decisions when we have already been told Cummings was influential is a stretch.

i believe Cummings when he said Johnson was unfit for office, who couldn't, well apart from Pete, who still thinks Johnson is Churchillian. lol Just hope most of the people who voted for lovable Bojo are regretting it, but somehow I doubt it, waiting for Bojo's first # fake news tweet.

A bit of context. He said he was not suitable to lead the work against Corona. Which he isnt, obvs.

That said, I am not that sure many Western, (and an increasing number of Asian) countries have exactly covered them selves in glory.

sorry that is correct, Cummings was asked do you think Johnson is fit to lead us through the rest of the pandemic, he said no. That is a deplorable accusation / answer about his old boss about a pandemic that has cost almost 130'000 lives.

Anyone and everyone who knows Johnson has said from day one, (as PM, not covid), that he is useless at detail and decision making. He is a decent campaigner, and there it ends. What is the surprise?

the surprise is people like you just accepting that fact, that basically he just can't be arsed. How about lying ? Another thing he's done from day one, they are awful attributes for anyone to have, especially a Prime Minister. I could not vote for someone like that and I would like to think I'd be the same if it was a Labour leader. In this case though his decision making and attention to detail or
lack of has helped cause an awful lot of lives, which is unacceptable and in my view anyway, makes him unfit for office.

Dont disagree. Not sure who "people like me" are though.

The last election was Brexit Brexit Brexit. His party were the only one that would free the constipated HOC, and actually get the blasted thing done. Good, or bad.

We had a referendum, I lost, tough. So voted for the party that would actually deliver that. If the election was "who best to deal with a pandemic?", not a chance.

But it wasnt.

haha didn't mean to come across so aggressive, apologies, people like you, an awful sounding quote, means just about everybody nowadays, no offence meant buddy.;)

Good to hear such honesty, you backed the wrong horse mate. lol Saying that honesty amongst all political parties is at a premium these days, think half of them are just in it for themselves.

It is an absolute myth that it was needed. There was an appetite for a deal, but with amendments and parliamentary scrutiny.

The election was needed to push the particular Brexit Johnson was peddling through without any scrutiny - which is proving disastrous.

Compromise and collaboration should be an essential part of politics, as should accountability.

We've currently removed all ability to do that.

indeed - Parliament was deadlocked because they deadlocked it

Sacked employee says his boss is not up to the job.......no one has ever heard of this before......

Not really. I’m pretty sure many people I sacked weren’t too happy either.....
