To which countries are you referring, and where do you think any public money released by this cut is going to go.As much as I understand the concept behind foreign aid and the benefits of it, I don't understand criticism of cutting it by 0.2%, given some of the countries that were recipients of it.

We send money to the likes of China, India and so on.
It can be spent better, more streamlined. It's often used as a political influence tool rather than genuine aid.
0.5% is still more than most countries.
If that is is the right figure, then why did this very party put it at 0.7%?
