Automation is something I work a lot with in my day job, and so much of what's written in the press is utter twaddle, due in large part to the overwhelming majority of journos having no tech background whatsoever.

Universal Credit is an absolute disgrace and tories couldn’t care less. The amounts of money some people are expected to live on is unreal. Should have defined this government like the poll tax did previously but luckily brexit came along to distract from it all. It’s been an assault on the poor

I voted Labour in the last election. There has to be more nuance in discussion though than ‘this happens because Tories/Free market/Liberals’.

Don’t get me wrong this is a truly crap government and as a nation we’ve got no one to blame but ourselves, but not everything can be put down to those three factors.

They claim she has been the target of a campaign of gossip, smears and malicious gossip by anonymous individuals who have failed to produce any verifiable facts.
"She is right to ask tough questions of senior civil servants at the Home Office, which has hardly covered itself in glory over recent years, even if a few of them don't like it. Most people would agree that the culture which produced scandals like Windrush must change," the letter says....

Not at all truckles my buttocks are steadfast and do not clack and my principles are similar, not for turning or for sale. Always, putting my best left foot forward.
