Did anyone catch that Laurence Fox's performance on Question Time this week? Just see a few videos of it, wonder whether it was representative of him.
He came across is a racist Tory helmet; making the type of noises that the nazi clown himself would have made if he'd been on the panel.
This is what you get under a right wing majority: the cultural norms are trampled and a dangerous disregard for civilization ensues.
Interesting. I just had a look.

Scouse/wool mixed race woman:
“The problem that we have got with this, is that Meghan has agreed to become Harry’s wife and the press have torn her to pieces.”
*round of applause
“And let’s be clear and call it by it’s name. It’s racism”.
*few claps, and some noises against
“She’s a black woman (She’s actually 80% white) and she has been torn to pieces.”
Fox buts in: "It’s not racism"
“We are the most tolerant lovely country in Europe.
"says a white privileged man, says a white privileged man, says a white privileged man"
You can’t be throwing racism at everybody. It’s really starting to get boring now.”
"What worries me about your comment is, you are a white privileged male...(groans from audience) Who has no experience in this"
"I can't help what I am, I was born this way, it's an immutable characteristic, so to call me a white privileged male is to be racist".
"unfortunately, unfortunately, you cannot dismiss".
Woman looks up with a smile. As if she was just there to provoke. So she did her job.

Other speech by Fox:
"I think it's one of the dangerous things about throwing racism around in this country. Which we are doing a lot at the moment. Is, people become so conscious of it. That things like the Manchester grooming scandal get ignored. We need to be careful, we need to call out racism, when it's seen, when it's obvious, and when it's there. And we should stand together to condemn it. But for fear for sounding racist, there has been horific things that have happened in Manchester and in towns all over north of England. We should be careful and use racism when it's there and when it's obvious, and not just to call someone racist just because you don't agree with them."

Now they are the clips I've seen. And it just seems to me that he's calling out the stupid identity politics that is responsible for making Labour unelectable.
Meghan for example. Her mother is mixed race, her father is white. She is mostly white, and her being hounded by the press is because the british press are scum. Not because Meghan is "black".
Camilla was compared to a horse and torn to pieces by the press, and Diana was basically killed by the press, but....Meghan is hounded coz she's black? Sounds like a load of nonsense to me.
And that's what it is. nonsense. But because that woman on Question Time is fully engrossed in her identity politics, she only sees race. And when the white man points it out that it's not about race in his opinion. She ironically points out that his opinion is irrelevant because he's a white privilged male.
He's spot on in this.
