They're not Labour supporters if they vote Tory. They're scabs.Harsh Dave. Why would you wish ill on anybody, especially those Labour supporters who understood that Corbyn was a waste of space....

All the party manifesto detailed the NHS. I recognise the amoral need for the centre and right of politics to gate post responsibility away, but it's simply not going to happen. Not where it matters, in the eyes of the electorate. You believe Johnson all of a sudden? It's all smoke and mirrors.

Saying it so don't make it so. I know center and right Government would dearly love to absolve themselves from all responsibility and just be administrators of all our monies. However, the electorate will always bring it back to the minster tasked and their Government, as they should. There needs to a boring emoji!?Because it's a vote winner. Who do you think came up with this? https://www.longtermplan.nhs.uk/
That 10 year plan built upon the previous 5 year forward view, which outlined the policy framework that was agreed on with the government (which in financial terms was broadly that the government will give the NHS some money, but the NHS has to commit to finding efficiencies). The 10 year plan is broadly similar, in that long-term funding was agreed with the government last year, and the long-term plan was what was required in return from the NHS.
It's perhaps worth remembering that neither capital expenditure or training budgets are included in this as they're part of the Department of Health's budget. Remind me what areas the big promises were in again?

I'm quite confident about my experience in the NHS. I don't think you've divulged your own background in health policy making? If knowing how things really are is boring to you then that perhaps says more about you than anything else.
Makes sense where the NHS is at then...
Surely your clinical health experience before health policy making underpins that achievement? It is my proudest achievement.

Oh I see, it really does make sense. Probably the first time your policy making has ever been directly accountable to you. Scary hey.Did you know that neither Jose Mourinho or Arsene Wenger were footballers?

Arrrgh, responsibility, "it's him you want."I'm not a policy maker, I just have experience of working with those who are. I believe @JEBUS_LIVES works at a commissioning board, so has more experience than the rest of us combined on the matter.
Happy to help where I can if clarification is needed.Arrrgh, responsibility, "it's him you want."
It figures and that's it in a nutshell.
Tis why it will always fall at the Health Secretary door.
I'm good thanks.Happy to help where I can if clarification is needed.
