In no particular order - party donors, corporate lobbyists, newspaper magnates, City of London, Washington, Israel, Saudi Arabia to name a few.

Generally people dont care, or else MPs mail would be full on the subject and they would act on it. Until then these issues will continue. However, its a huge problem, and worse in England than other parts of principality.

My match box policy would be some kind of other national insurance but for social care. I believe many people in my experience confuse who is responsible they believe wrongly its the NHS. The NHS gets many of headlines and thus funding, while its very much 50-50 partner in community after care, many cases a lot less.

Similarly, Westminster Tories cut Labour Council funding by 60%; people blame Labour Councils when services decline, just as Westminster Tories intended.

Undoubtedly funding is an issue if anyone is any doubt they are in la la land.

Also structural changes, local authorities who were once responsible for for both stature provisions and providing, now find themselves being forced into handing over provision to private entities, while still being responsible for all stature provisions.
