You can't call anything rainbow her. Clearly you are misgendering the bin.I like the rainbow bin. I'm calling her Dusty.
Seems utterly bizarre if they think this reversal on climate policy is a vote winner.

The situation isn't without precident, a good case study is the opposing tactics the UK and Denmark chose in the 70's with the middle east oil crisis. Denmark invested heavily in renewable energies and localised power genration facilities, the UK chased the next fossil fuel with little regard for the reserve/production ratio. Both nations are still living out the consequences of that decision, one of them is a net importer of energy.Pretty sure when we just had a massive hike in energy bills it was nothing to do with Net Zero.
We are missing out on a massive growth industry, we need to embrace net zero and push forward to create a new sector and jobs for the younger generation who appreciate and realise the climate crisis and want to do something about it.
In the long run it will provide us energy stability and cheaper bills.

Meanwhile sunak offers a piece of silver to the poor with one hand, and not only reaches into their back pocket with the other but burns their children, poisons the waters adn the air and destroys their food security. It's a truly repulsive day in british politics (again) and the climate crisis is being used as power play in the same brexit was, without a single thought for the consequences.
Well, like it or not, this rush to oblivion for cars and boilers is now being slowed down. More pragmatic . Obviously Labour are sticking with 2030 without realising they are shooting themselves in the foot. But 2030, 20mph and ULEZ will undo Labour and while I’m sure Starmer understands I very much doubt his followers do……..
I have a 10+ year old car and it's Ulez compliant it really isn't difficult to comply with. 2030 still means petrol cars can be sold in December 2029. Same with boilers. Both of which will still be around for a good 15 +years after the ban. 20mph will blow over in a few weeks. I don't see how this impacts labour much at all tbh.Well, like it or not, this rush to oblivion for cars and boilers is now being slowed down. More pragmatic . I may have missed it but where have labour said ulez and 20mph are a party priority, and that they will roll it out across the country?Well, like it or not, this rush to oblivion for cars and boilers is now being slowed down. Truss is certainly positioning herself for another go.I think these clowns will have another 'leadership' contest before the general election
