Yet don't you feel that the media coverage fails to reflect that? If this were a Labour government I think they'd be banging the drums of revolution.

Deffo mate, all you ever hear is about how brave she is, and she has got the countries future at heart etc, etc.

I'm sick of seeing her give speeches now, she's that much up her own arse I actually expect somewhere along the way for her to come out with the "this ladies not for turning" line.

If people thought he was it would show in the polls. It would have also helped hold the Tories from doing what they want and today's stunt shows they aren't that concerned by Labour.

It does show in the polls, though. Corbyn is on 38-41% and has been since the 2017 GE, despite all the attacks and the overwhelming hostility of most of the media; the main thing propping the Tories up is that at the moment they can represent both soft and hard Brexits.

The electorate of course. I really don't understand get how Corbyn enthusiasts don't get that he is unelectable. Or maybe they do, but would prefer to listen to him talking about what he would like to do rather than what he will do because he won't ever get the chance.

In the meantime the UK populace is stuck with the Tories. Great, innit. :(
“Unelectable” is a term used by people that don’t like Corbyn to discredit him. Didn’t labour get more votes in the last election than in 97?

disgustingly flippant attitude to peoples suffering

I don't say that to sound churlish, I was delighted to have a Xmas job at my local Sainbury's when I was down on my luck a few years ago, even if it meant getting up at 03.30 for a 04.30 start. This was a job secured through Remploy. For those few weeks I was a master of my own destiny and it gave me pride. Thankfully I have gone on to better things but I am still grateful for the opportunity I was afforded during that difficult time.

Oh do me a favour you precious flower. I'm a working class Labour voter who campaigned on behalf of the party during the last few years. We don't need your sneering Guardianista feels here.
