At the risk of defending him again, I think it is wrong to hold Labour "equally accountable" for this - for a start the referendum was a Tory idea, both sides were led by Tories and there was a conscious decision not to engage with Corbyn from both the Tories and from the acceptable Labour figures like Watson, Blair and so on. Corbs pretty much campaigned on his own, albeit it was mostly ignored by the media - who then paraded their ignorance as meaning he'd done nothing.
The whole thing is a shitshow. That is obviously 100% what happened here. Rather than donate directly to the NHS the person who bought the top decided that Matt Hancock, of all people, deserved to keep his shirt.
